Transformation Through Travel on a Local Level

You know the feeling you have when you return from a week-long vacation? That sense of lightness, clarity and peace – before you’re sucked back into the daily grind of real life.

Travel helps us see our world with new eyes and our perspective is changed through the experience. It’s as if time away alters our DNA in some mysterious way.

Unfortunately, we don’t always have the time or money to take a week away from our job or business. Yet we can all give ourselves the gift of a day trip. One day can be as  enriching and as powerfully transforming as a week’s vacation – if you live it in the Day Tripper Way.

Take a day away and…

  • Be spontaneous: Let your intuition be your guide.
  • Breathe deeply and often: It will help to quiet your mind.
  • Focus your awareness on the beauty around you and within you.
